All confirmed and fully paid apparel orders will be inspected, sorted and packed within 1 to 5 business days after order verification. Weekends and official public holidays are not included in the processing period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
